In Brief For both individuals and couples, this experience-based, feelings-focused workshop offers the opportunity to explore feelings and their importance in intimate connections. Many move through life using mostly their rational, thinking selves. This works well in our work life yet not always so well in intimacy, leading to misunderstandings, stress, power struggles and distance from ourselves and others…
The passion and intimacy we are looking for comes instead from experiencing and sharing our honest and authentic feelings. This weekend workshop provides participants spaces and opportunities to truly feel their feelings and express them in a safe and nurturing environment so to experience a new way of connecting both personally and inter-personally... Who Should Attend This is an experiential weekend workshop to introduce those who work with the terminally ill (Hospice, medical workers, body and wellness workers, caregivers and family/friends of those in transition) to our Living In Transition (“LIT”) program. The weekend will introduce LIT, explain its benefits to those in transition as well as the benefits to their families, and then participants will experience the program first-hand, as if both facilitating and receiving the program.
In Brief "LIT” is a mobile and customizable preparatory program for those who are terminally ill, which can be facilitated at bedsides, health and nursing centers, hospitals and homes by trained individuals.
LIT encourages us to “die differently,” transforming our experience of death from one of fear, helplessness, finality, anxiety and depression, to one of transition, acceptance, empowerment and even joy.
Building on the successful “Going Home” meditation program developed in 1995 by Robert Monroe (founder of The Monroe Institute), Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, MD (Hospice pioneer, and author of both the cardinal Five Stages of Grief and the pivotal On Death And Dying), and Charles Tart, PhD (a father of transpersonal psychology), LIT is a comprehensive and mobile, easily trainable and replicable interactive, meditative and preparatory experience for the terminally ill, their caregivers and family.
The effects of entering into a proactive process combined with learning real and beneficial skills is empowering, placing control over the transition process in the hands of the person facing this last physical challenge. Living In Transition offers the very real and very attainable opportunity to transform the end of life - too often experienced in states of passivity, fear, depression, and anxiety – into something of rational calm, personal control, individual and community comfort and even… perhaps... beauty.

In Brief A two-and-a-half-day all-inclusive weekend retreat workshop to encourage us to look at death differently, transforming this inevitable yet very natural and eventual experience from one of fear, helplessness, finality, anxiety and depression, to one of transition, empowerment and even joy.
And if we did that, how might our lives be different?
“This workshop gave me a clear understanding and acceptance of how death and dying presents itself in my personal life, my everyday living with my connections and encounters with my family, my friends and my clients. I feel as if this weekend not only provided “tools” to work with but allowed me to delve a little deeper into why this has been such a huge issue with me. The sharing, the exercises, the debriefing along with the facilitators’ insight and guidance was a tremendous help.”
“This workshop reaffirmed my path... that I am doing the right work for me at this time. I will continue to recommend RTP and Hemi-Sync.”
“I got a release from my own fear of the dying process and of death as well as a renewed desire to give and get the most out of this life and make the most of each moment.”

What you guys do and provide is worth more than anyone could ever pay.
Wonderful experience!
The minishop presented fairly complex concepts in simple terms. Without hesitation, I'd recommend Rock The Path's programs to everyone. Thank you for bringing this vision to fruition.
Would love for this to be a full weekend workshop. I felt safe (to share) and CJ was fantastic - very open and personable, and made complex theories and ideas easy to grasp. The hands-on exercises and workshop handbook were very helpful, with great materials.
Absolutely fascinating.
I liked all the information available that I hadn't seen before, the pleasant surroundings and the enjoyable group dynamics. The workshop handbook was great and Chris was knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
I am very grateful to the both of you for the opportunity to try out [the Hemi-Sync] technology. I'm listening to Revelations now and listen to the Super Sleep and Passages at night. I am excited by having this in our area!
Friendly and very informative. Fantastic facilitation.
I enjoyed the class so very much. I spent over an hour this morning using your techniques for meditation and trying to "bend the spoon." I look forward to taking Level II.
[I appreciated] the safety, comfort and attention to all aspects of the environment at, which facilitated opening to the expanded and relaxed experience... I would suggest reaching out to counselors and to other complementary and health care practitioners. This was a wonderful and nourishing day. Thank you for bring this to our area.I have several people I already have in mind I'm going to refer this workshop to.
I'm so excited that you have brought this amazing program to the mid-coast.
This was the most profound experience of my life.
I came to learn how to quiet my "monkey mind" to allow me to meditate easier and longer and I got that... and so much more!
I came to break my resistance to meditating, and regained my connection to Focus 12, which I used to do naturally. I can also now pop into Focus 10 without a long process. Also just love Stephanie's and Chris' energy, and Max In Maine made great food and snacks, too.
I had no expectations and learned about the meditative nature of this work and how to focus. I really liked sharing with the group in a safe environment.
I came to this workshop looking for tools for Hospice people who are in physical and emotional distress and gained more understanding of my own pain. The facilitators, the food, the seating, the rain and the other participants really enhanced my experience.
The support, the environment, the food, all the 'journeys'... wonderful!
What a very loving atmosphere... caring hosts, beautiful environment, fabulous food!
This is a full and wonderful experience. I have and will continue to recommend this workshop to ALL!!
I gained the deeper awareness I was seeking as well as a sense of integration!
The FOOD not only complements, it feeds and nourishes our 5 senses.
I would especially recommend Rock The Path to someone like me who desperately needed to rest, for my body (cancer recently) and definitely for my mind.
This was an excellent workshop! I liked the practical exercises and the background information... you end up feeling "normal" with having this gift. CJ teaches very well and the workshop handbook to take home to read and review was excellent.
I used Hemi-Sync during my two surgeries for breast lumps - it was so helpful.
I received a rebalancing of body, mind and spirit. It was a pleasure in a sense of just being. Not having to feel I was doing anything but existing in a very heightened state. All aspects and details of the workshop were attended to, to create a whole sensual and relaxing experience. The food is amazing. The presentation is so colorful and inviting. I love that this oasis has come to be in this area. It is a huge benefit to the community at large because of the higher vibrations it awakens and holds.
I didn't expect the depth of experience this weekend would give me -- it was absolutely wonderful!
I was able to push through my fear and discover some awareness about myself.
This was a deeper exploration of myself. The energy that Chris and Stephanie bring, the levity between exercises and the cozy/warm environment were great.
Would LOVE to experience a longer workshop. Thank you for opening this door.
I experienced things never felt before. I usually do not "get" specific directions and confirmation... What incredible clarity!!
I would recommend this workshop to anyone because it is so experiential, anyone can participate, no matter what your experience is. I was surprised at the depth of personal internal experience and how affirming it was to all the work I've done before this - this workshop deepened all of it. I'm recommending this to everyone.
Thank you for this tremendous opportunity for opening up!
I continue in gratitude for the Excursion. I use it every day. My dreams reflect the ongoing "work." What a treat to just melt into something that is so similar to the work I do and RECEIVE. It is exactly what I had been asking for.
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I can't even begin to tell you how much my weekend has impacted my week. I am so grateful for your guided excursion into the world of consciousness. I have been using many of my new tools with great success. I can't wait to do some more exploring! I have been passing to word to whom ever will listen.
Learned some helpful new tools for my "toolbox" and it was great to have the entire weekend to spend some time "in the zone." Loved the "FatBoys," the enthusiasm and humor of the presenters, and the "Metamusic!"
Received a lot during this weekend... journeying, self-knowledge, relaxation, more contact with guides.
Experienced altered states and had spontaneous esoteric experiences. Really enjoyed the warmth, beauty, simplicity and kindness of the presenters. Thank you for inviting me into your space to experience this weekend.
The weekend helped me refocus on my spiritual journey and while I had no expectations, I gained tons. Chris & Stephanie's style and guidance and the space and accommodations are phenomenal. Thank you!
I learned a lot about myself and how to get rid of the little anxieties that I have. The environment was so friendly! It was easy to open up and you never ever felt judgement for what you experienced. You guys Rock! (And the Miso soup was so good!)
I had no clear expectations, yet experienced clear astral traveling, a disconnection from unwanted energies. The space is a delight and the presence of two different facilitators that support each other and offer different experiences - good work. Was great to be in a new, relatively non-toxic space, too.
